With quite a few of the band members pursuing multiple musical interests and some with day jobs, the collective's time, whenever it gets together, is precious.
Jam sessions lead to complete compositions organically taking shape at Dhwani studios. The band generally tends to explore all sonic possibilities in these prolonged jams till a happy place is reached in terms of musical feel and vibe. If it ain't groovin' it ain't worth doin' !
It's a fantastic process to record music, to capture every nuance and each articulation of the wide palette of the collective's soundscape. Each day teaches us more about our sound and strengthens our faith in the sound we want to achieve. A lot of these jam sessions that have given us the sound we are in search of end up being on the record in
the shape of final songs.
